We’ve created this space for those who are a part of Saints that maybe work remotely and don’t have the luxury of a team or colleagues to interact with. Perhaps you’re starting a business and renting an office space isn’t a priority but you’d love to have somewhere to go to that’s got some buzz and life to it, or perhaps you hate working in the same spot everyday so want a change of scenery.

Prayer Room is a dedicated space for reflection, meditation, and spiritual connection. Whether you need a moment of peace, a space for personal reflection, or a quiet spot for meditation, our prayer room is here to support your spiritual well-being.
Find your focus in our Quiet Zone (Melaka), a dedicated space designed for uninterrupted work. Equipped with four individual desks and ergonomic office chairs, this room is ideal for those who need to concentrate on tasks or engage in detailed work. The wall-facing setup ensures a serene environment, making it easy to dive deep into projects without distractions.

It’s a self check-in & check-out online system. You will be given a unique access code via email/WhatsApp before check-in. You are not allowed to share their given access codes with anyone. If you have any access code issue, please contact admin@saints.my.

We work on the first come first serve basis.
Only adults (over 18’s) are permitted to use the co-working space. If you have an infant under 2 years old, we are happy to consider how else we can accommodate your child and helper within our other spaces. Though please note they would not be able to use one of the listed co-working spaces so as not to distract other co-workers.
You need to register your guest via the booking system. Guests are only allowed during your booking duration. (Check-In & Check-Out at the same time)
We want to encourage a productive environment so ask that everyone keeps noise to a minimum in shared areas. In the quiet room (Melaka), no calls/conversations should be held there.
Between 12:30PM - 1:30PM, we recommend people take a lunch break and noise levels may increase in the Sepang area while people catch up, enjoy some downtime!
We adhere to certain policies and guidelines to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our facilities. Renters are expected to comply with our rental agreement and guidelines, which will be provided upon booking.
To ensure a productive and harmonious environment for everyone, please review the following Co-Working Space User Agreement. Each user will be asked to sign this on their first booking so that we are all clear on the best practices.
There’s limited free parking on site. There’s plenty of free street parking (park at your own risk). and paid parking at Wisma LYL (a 90 second walking distance to Saints). Alternatively, you could travel by train from LRT Station Asia Jaya (5 mins walk away).
Users are expected to contribute towards the cost of having the space open & available. Below we have set out what that looks like:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8AM - 6PM)
• Day Rate (RM20/day)
• Weekly Rate (RM60/week)
• Monthly Rate (RM200/month)
AFTER HOURS RATE (MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 6PM- 11PM)
• Additional RM10/day
You will be issued with an invoice by email according to what you’ve booked. You can make transfer funds using the bank details provided on the invoice. This should be settled prior to or at the start of your session.
